Our client was striving for an integrated marketing supply chain solution in order to manage its Point of Sale (POS) material spend across numerous countries in Asia Pacific.


A lack of transparency in marketing spend and limited collaboration between local markets, including the sharing of practices, marketing assets and innovation, were some of the main challenges facing us.
