Story.

This Global Bank  streamlines processes and reduces costs by outsourcing to Williams Lea Tag. They looked to us for further support in creating efficiencies within their business due to economic climate and decreasing presentation volumes.

We revisited their model for presentation services and  looked to provide year-over-year savings without impacting quality or delivery.

We created a phased approach that leveraged our technology, process management and offshore resources to deliver both savings and improved efficiencies.

A review and restructure of key production teams led to an overall 28% reduction in staffing - 21% in Frankfurt, 48% in US satellite sites and 7% in the UK.

We also removed low utilized graveyard shifts in EMEA, US and APAC. Outsourcing to our Global Delivery Centres led to a 20% annual cost savings and moving 80% of work volumes saved 15% annually.
